Genpio is one usage-based plan you size yourself. Storage is $0.01 per MB per month above the first 100 MB, Premium avatars are $19 per month, custom cloned voices are $19 each per month, and products are $0.20 each per month above the first 50. Stream hours are quoted with your plan and are the main cost.

Q: Does streaming to several platforms at once cost more?

Yes. Stream hours are counted per platform, so one hour live on TikTok, Shopee and YouTube at the same time uses three stream hours, not one. Running one avatar across many platforms is a reach decision, not a free one.

What you are paying for

Five dials, sized individually. Four have published prices; stream hours are quoted with your plan.

Stream hours — Hours your AI avatar is live, counted per platform. This is the main cost driver in every Genpio plan and the one dial that is quoted with your plan rather than published as a rate.
Storage — Recorded sessions, product media and generated video held on your account. The first 100 MB are included at every size.
AI avatars — Basic avatars are included at every size. Premium avatars are a flat monthly add-on, however many you run.
Custom cloned voices — Voices cloned from a real person, with that person's recorded consent. The full public voice catalogue is unlimited and included; only custom clones are charged.
Product catalogue — How many SKUs your avatar can present and answer buyer questions on. The first 50 products are included at every size.

The one-hour trial

There is no free trial. You buy one hour of live streaming and test Genpio on a real stream, with your own catalogue and a real audience. If you start a plan within three months of the trial, the trial cost is refunded in full.

A sandbox demo tells you whether the avatar works. One real hour tells you whether it sells to your audience, which is the only question worth answering before you buy.

Does Genpio build its own AI models?

Yes, and we are specific about what that means. Genpio Voices is a fine-tune of OmniVoice, an open speech architecture built on Qwen3-0.6B, both Apache-2.0. We chose the training corpora (OpenSLR SLR94, SLR37, SLR41-44, SLR63-80, SLR86, SLR129, SLR33 and Google FLEURS, more than 60 languages in one run), built the mix, ran the training, and own the resulting weights outright, with full commercial rights and no licence to renegotiate with anyone. They run on our own inference stack with no third-party API in the serving path, which is why we can hold latency, cost and quality where a reseller cannot.
